Eligibility for Returns

1. Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
2. Timeframe: You must inform us via email at mittikichiriya@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the parcel to initiate a return.
3. Items Covered: All items listed on our website are covered under our return policy.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at mittikichiriya@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
2. Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item/items back to us. Customers will be responsible for self shipping the items back to our warehouse. Shipping cost of Rs.59 is non-refundable (irrespective of cart offers applied during order placement).
3. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

1. Approval: Once your return is approved after receiving the products in their original state, we will process a refund to your original method of payment(For Prepaid Orders) within 7-10 business days.
2. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at mittikichiriya@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Cancellations

1. Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped. Please contact us at mittikichiriya@gmail.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
2. Refund for Cancellations: If your cancellation request is approved for prepaid orders, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
